Last night, my family went out to get a Christmas tree at Lowe's. Before I get ahead of myself, we drove around town looking for crazy Christmas lawn decorations. A fifteen-foot Santa, Santa in the outhouse, Mickey and Minnie santa's singing Christmas carols, a creepy Santa reading the elves and reindeer a story, two or three cyndrilical snowmen and "O Taunenbaum" playing the background were all in one yard; and those were just the lawn decorations. The house looked like it was drowning in icicle lights, red and white bunting and the walkway strewn with enlarged candy canes. It was a Christmas travesty. Or miracle. Your choice.
