this is total war

Ashton is such a little.... I'll keep it clean. She used only the WORST pictures of me. She only posted because I prompted her with a little competition. Who has the better blog? Obviously, it's me. I mean, come on, we all know it. Here's something that can one-up her post (because honestly, it was pretty stellar):

Today, as I was teaching swim lessons, I asked one of my students (age 4) what he wanted to be when he grew up. His reply was " A PALEONtologist." He yelled the first few syllables and then dropped down to a whisper. It was perfect. Later on during our class, he was squeezing my hand repeatedly and I asked him why. He replied "It's like electricty.... *zzztttt* *zzztttt*" He is just the cutest thing you ever did see.

During a different class, I asked one of my girls (age 6) what she wanted to be when she grew up. She told me "I want to be just like you. A swim teacher." Melted my heart.
